Update on Hearing for Pigeon River Dam Removal

The hearing on this matter took place yesterday, and no rulings were made by the court at that time. It appears that the Judge is going to allow MITU to file a response brief, which will then be considered by the Judge along with the brief from Golden Lotus/Song of the Morning Ranch. We should have some type of ruling within the next month. I will keep everyone posted with further developments...
